The 2012 Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation Poker Challenge is inviting players to go all in to benefit the community on Sat., Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. at The Poker Room at Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The top award will be $10,000.* Cash prizes will also be awarded for second – tenth place finishers and other prizes will be awarded for the High Hand – Bounty.
A $250 buy-in donation will secure a seat in this exciting tournament that is limited to the first 225 players. During play, there will be an optional re-buy structure for the first 90 minutes with re-buys of $25 and a $50 add-on.
“We are excited to partner with the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for this thrilling inaugural event,” said Eugenio Hernandez, chairman of the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation. “The funds raised from the 2012 Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation Poker Challenge will directly benefit some of the most underserved families and children in our community.”
