The 19th Annual March of Dimes Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon is designed to honor women whose outstanding achievements and commitment to excellence position them as leaders in their fields, innovators of unique programs and services, and life-long advocates for promoting equality for women and girls everywhere. Women of Distinction honorees serve as exemplars to the Broward County community both in their professional and personal lives in an effort to make the community a better place to live.
The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. More than 4 million babies were born last year in the United States and the March of Dimes helped each and every one through 75 years of research, education, vaccines and breakthroughs.
Tickets for the awards luncheon are $100.00 per person. Tables of 10 are also available for $1500.00.
