The 12th annual Geminis Give Back powered by Carma Foundation was recently held at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek.
The casino sponsored the charity event which attracted more than 200 guests and helped raise $50,000 for the Carma Foundation, whose mission is to measurably improve the health of poor and vulnerable women and children in the Caribbean and inner cities of the United States through action, dialogue and change.
In addition to FatBoy SSE, honorees included John Salley (former NBA player), Jonathan Vilma (former NFL player), Sarodji Bertin (2010 Miss Universe), Rebecca Noble (Social Activist) and Fran McDuffie (Philanthropist).
The event’s MC was model/actor Tyson Beckford and there were special appearances by Azia, KFoxx and Canadian actress Celestine Caravagio. Entertainment was provided by Florida rapper Black Dada.
