Zaytinya’s special Valentine’s Day prix fixe offers a polished tour of Mediterranean flavors for $125 per person. The meal opens with a playful bite of Caviar Prasopita – a potato-and-leek pastry finished with whipped Greek yogurt and caviar – before moving into a vibrant second-course spread that ranges from Smoked Beet Salata to Grape Leaves Dolmades, Muhammara, and Pastirma accented with warm spices. For the main selections, guests can opt for everything from Shish Taouk and Crispy Brussels Anitho to Seared Halloumi Cheese brightened with citrus and pomegranate. The fourth course leans heartier, featuring options such as Steak Harra, Grilled Lamb Chops, Octopus Santorini, Seared Salmon, or a smoky mushroom kapnista, before concluding on a romantic sweet note with Valentine’s Rose, a Valrhona chocolate cake paired with rose ice cream and spiced berry sauce.
