Enjoy first-class seats and service, plus travel the globe through a menu inspired by each of the countries competing in the first stage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup during a viewing party at 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar from June 12-26. The stylish new restaurant in the Viceroy Miami will project the games on a flat-screen and also will offer $5 drinks and appetizers ranging from $7 to $12 from a special World Cup menu.
Highlights of the menu – created by Executive Chef Frank Rog, who has also done his fair share of travel, include for example, a traditional Brazilian dish called Feijão Tropeiro, as well as a Bučnica Croatian squash cottage cheese strudel in tribute of the first game between Brazil and Croatia. Guests may order a Rio Royale or Sailing Croatia cocktail to complement these dishes. For the USA vs. Ghana tournament on June 16, Chef Rog will present guests with his signature version of buffalo chicken wings accompanied by an American beer. (Full menu available upon request)
