This site-specific display pays tribute to Paul Chalfin, Vizcaya’s esteemed artistic advisor, as we commemorate the 150th anniversary of his birth.The festivities will kick off with opening remarks from Vizcaya Curator Helena Gomez in the picturesque Courtyard, followed by an informal conversation with Shapiro about the inspiration behind her work, which artfully intertwines natural motifs with architectural elements.
