Now open at Novotel Miami Brickell is Vista Rooftop Bar and Lounge, a newly redesigned poolside rooftop sanctuary. Nestled between the shimmering pool deck and an open-top barbeque, Vista offers an array of savory snacks, expertly crafted cocktails, and a laid-back Caribbean vibe. Its prime location, panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, and Brickell’s skyscrapers make it the perfect spot for after-work drinks or weekend relaxation.
The refreshed design of Vista is inspired by retro 1950s Latin America and led by the interior design firm Carte Blanched. The bar showcases the very best of the Sunshine State in food, beverage, and, of course, the world-class Miami nightlife scene.
The new all-day bites menu will feature light seasonal items such as a refreshing mango & cucumber salad, ceviche, tuna poke, sticky wings, and a Vista Smashed Burger. Signature cocktails include the Chillada on The Rooftop, Pero’s Pisco Sour, Sunkissed Martini, Hibiscus Cosmo, and a dedicated ‘Vista Slushie’ list with classic frozen favorites.
Guests and locals can also experience a dynamic lineup of weekly programming and events, including Margarita Wednesdays, weeknight happy hours, and Friday’s Havana Nights featuring $10 mojitos, live Cuban music, hand-rolled cigars, and classic domino games. Guests can also participate in Saturday morning fitness classes, such as AquaFit.
Local Miami residents can also take advantage of accessing Vista Rooftop for day passes through ResortPass. Access to the pool and fitness center is $50 for adults and $15 for children.
Vista is open Sunday – Wednesday 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM and Thursday – Saturday 10:30 AM – 12:00 AM. Happy Hour is available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
