Designed by Virgin Hotels’ expert mixologists, the “Mid-Century Modern” cocktail menu serves up bold, character and locale-driven concoctions, including:
- Boys Just Wanna Have Fun – Bright yet complex, just like Jerry, this cocktail combines Ketel One Vodka, cherry vanilla soda, and lemonade for a perfectly playful sip
- She’s Throwing Shade – A sharp and elegant nod to Bunny, featuring Spring 44 Gin, St-Germain, Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda, and fresh lime for a sophisticated bite.
- The Rainbow Rager – Bold and fiery, just like Arthur, this mix of Bacardi 8, Aperol, pineapple, and cinnamon brings the heat with every sip.
- Your Mother’s Spritz – Zesty with a lasting impression, just like Sybil, this refreshing spritz blends Italicus, Pinot Grigio, grapefruit, and Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda for a crisp, citrusy delight.
- Palm Springs Punch – Refreshing with a touch of spice and flair, just like the city itself, this vibrant cocktail blends Patrón Silver Tequila, pineapple, lemon, and passionfruit for a sun-kissed, tropical escape.
