This October, Verde, the waterfront restaurant at the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), is stirring up a trio of spooky sips perfect for celebrating the season. Dr. Frankenstein’s Flowers ($15) is a bright yet slightly haunting mix of gin, St. Germain, lime juice and cucumber juice, with just the right eerie twist. In the Witches’ Smoke and Berries ($15), Mi Campo Tequila and Ancho Reyes bring a smoky warmth to muddled blackberries, lime juice, agave and pomegranate liquor. For those tempted by midnight mischief, Vampire’s Kiss ($15) blends vanilla vodka, lemonade and a splash of crimson elixir to create a sweet-and-tart cocktail that’s as tempting as it is sinister. Surrounded by contemporary art and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, guests can enjoy the Halloween-inspired cocktails from Verde’s expansive terrace sheltered under lush greenery while basking in the South Florida weather.
