U.S. Soccer today debuted its premier campaign, Never Chase Reality™, a 90-second film celebrating belief, resilience, and iconic moments in the history of the men’s national team. Narrated by Miami-born actor and comedian Marcello Hernandez, the film honors legends from Paul Caligiuri’s 1989 goal to Tyler Adams’ stunning victory to bring excitement and unity to the nation ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Set to air across New York’s Times Square at the World Cup Draw, the campaign marks U.S. Soccer’s largest-ever national effort, aiming to rally fans across all 50 states. Launched at a pivotal moment as the U.S. prepares to host the World Cup for the first time since 1994, Never Chase Reality™ invites Americans to dream beyond the odds and embrace their shared pursuit of greatness.
“This isn’t just about soccer; it’s about the American dream,” Hernandez said. “I’m honored to bring my passion for the sport to unite a nation.”
Developed in-house by U.S. Soccer’s new MarComms team, the campaign captures the relentless, fearless spirit defining the team, fans, and communities—an inspiring call to action leading into 2026.
