From specialized culinary offerings at the resort’s two signature restaurants to pink-lit palm trees around the property, Turnberry Isle Miami’s distinct programming brings awareness to this worthy cause with all things pink.
Throughout the month of October, Turnberry Isle Miami will offer exclusive promotions benefitting Susan G. Komen For the Cure Miami/Ft Lauderdale. A portion of proceeds from the award-winning spa, golf course green fees, and through special dining menus will contribute to the $1,000 goal. From indulging in curated cuisines to sipping pink specialty cocktails or enjoying a rejuvenating Hydration Facial treatment at the state-of-the-art spa, Turnberry Isle Miami is the perfect place for guests to take advantage of the Embrace the Pink offerings this month.

Celebrity Chef Scott Conant’s new restaurant, Corsair, is offering a special ‘Cuisine for the Cure’ three-course dinner menu throughout the month of October with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Susan G. Komen organization.
This three-course menu provides a selection of gourmet starters including Beef Carpaccio served with Mushrooms and Shaved Parmigiano, and Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata with Fresh Opal Basil and Country Bread. Diners will also have their choice of main dishes which includes an assortment of delectable bites such as Scottish Salmon served with Asparagus, Charred Baby Kale and Scallion Salsa Verde and Grilled Skirt Steak alongside Smoked Eggplant, Cipollini Onion and Concentrated Tomatoes. For dessert, diners can enjoy Milk Chocolate Budino with Smoked Chantilly and Cranberry-Orange Biscotti and Brown Sugar Cake served with Blueberries and Buttermilk Ice Cream.
Corsair by Scott Conant will be serving its special Pink Lady ($15) cocktail during the month of October. The drink features Peach Vodka, Maraschino liqueur, Fresh Strawberries and Muddled basil topped with a splash of prosecco.

Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak
Michael Mina’s award-winning Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle Miami is offering a special ‘Cuisine for the Cure’ three-course dinner menu throughout the month of October with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Susan G. Komen organization.
The exclusive three-course menu starts off with a selection of gourmet appetizers including Tamarind Glazed Pork Belly with Ginger, Parsnip and Red Bartlett Pear and Scottish Salmon “Pastrami” served with Pumpernickel Crouton, Pickled Onion and Caper Crème Fraiche. Diners will also enjoy their choice of entrée which includes a selection of dishes such as Organic Chicken Breast with Chanterelle Mushroom, Baby Spinach and Pesto Gnocchi and Florida Rock Shrimp Scampi with Heirloom Tomato Butter, Herb Fettuccini and Reggiano. For dessert, diners can indulge on Cracker Jack Sundae, Valrhona Chocolate Cake or Trio of Seasonal Sorbet Mini “Pops.”
Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak will be introducing a signature Cheer to the Cure ($15) cocktail, which includes Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Strawberry-Basil and Cocchi Americano topped with club soda and basil garnish served on the rocks. Bourbon Steak will also offer special Ruinart Reims, Brut Rosé NV ($29 glass), an exuberant rose with fresh notes of raspberry, strawberry and creamy bubbles.

Lobby Lounge
Turnberry Isle Miami’s Lobby Lounge will be serving delicious Pink Mojitos ($16) in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The drink features fresh mint leaves with extra sprigs to decorate, lime wedges, Raspberry pure and fresh raspberry sauce, white rum and cherry brandy topped with soda water for a pink hue.

Turnberry Isle Miami is also featuring spa promotions through October to benefit the Susan G.
