About Tequila 512:

Tequila 512 starts with the harvesting of blue agave from a select location in the central lowlands outside the village of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico. Only locally sourced volcanic spring water is added during distillation. This process includes roasting the agave in horno stone ovens, shredder/roller maceration, natural open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks, triple distillation in copper lined stainless steel pot stills, and 24 hour charcoal filtration with a touch of oxygenation.

About TORO Latin Kitchen & Tequila Library

TORO by Chef Richard Sandoval aims to create an elevated but approachable, contemporary, and global expression of Latin cooking without borders, using ingredients from both Central and South America. Internationally acclaimed for his innovative combination of Latin ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create thrilling and sophisticated flavors, Sandoval has been called the “Father of Modern Mexican Cuisine” and he has built the largest collections of tequilas in North America and the Middle East. TORO caters to the adventurous at heart and mind—a unique culinary destination that can be transportive and local at the same time.

Both stylish and comfortable, TORO’s Tequila Library is a dim, cozy space that mimics the look and feel of a library adorned with leather books, reading lamps, and a tequila “library card” program. More than 400 bottles align the walls—all organized in categories supporting the library theme—featuring distilled beverages from famed haciendas, small batch distillers and artisanal producers.

Located at 1825 Griffin Road in Dania Beach (33004), TORO Latin Kitchen is open 5 to 10 pm, Wednesday-Saturday, while Tequila Library is open 5 to 10 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. For more information, please visit www.torodaniabeach.com.
