To welcome the arrival of the fall season, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has unveiled an array of new and elevated programming for both locals and travelers alike seeking luxurious cultural experiences or a staycation with something for everyone. The bespoke Miami resort will usher in fresh takes on famed St. Regis Rituals, indulgent gastronomic experiences, family-friendly programming, immersive, hands-on activities, and more.
Champagne Sabrage Masterclass
Third Saturday of every month, returning Saturday, October 21, from 7-8 PM
In honor of the longstanding St. Regis tradition of sabrage, the sumptuous Champagne Sabrage Masterclass will be hosted at the St. Regis Bar, where guests will be treated to a tasting of three exquisite varieties of Moët Champagne paired with elegant, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres. Beginning with a story as part of the St. Regis Rituals, the Champagne Sabrage Masterclass will be offered monthly, priced at $85 per guest.
Bloody Mary Masterclass
Available every Sunday at 11:30 am at the adults-only pool
This hands-on workshop will allow guests the opportunity to learn how to craft a Bloody Sunrise, the resort’s zesty, Florida-inspired spin on the traditional Bloody Mary, and an iconic Red Snapper, credited to the flagship St. Regis New York. Organized before brunch, guests are encouraged to round out their workshop with a Greek-inspired brunch at Atlantikós.
