First we let loose with a dance movement portion lead by Cristina Sosa of Raw residency to awaken and let go. Then, we relax with a sound bath led by Sarah MacMillan of Begenerationlove where we release and gain The.PAUZE you need in order to PLAY at our Full Moon Rooftop Party afterwards.
