Saturday Night Laughs takes over The Gates Hotel South Beach on Saturday, November 15, from 8-10 p.m., bringing the “SNL” vibe to Miami with host and producer Liz Rubin, a veteran standup comedian with 15+ years of experience who has shared the stage with Jerry Seinfeld and Jim Gaffigan. The lineup features some of Miami’s top talent, including Thom Chamberlain (a regular at Don’t Tell Comedy’s Miami chapter and producer/performer in South Florida’s only live Dungeons & Dragons–themed comedy show) and Sergio Mendez (Miami-born comedian known for his wild crowd work, viral sketches and Roast Battle appearance at The Comedy Store). Headlining the evening is Clyde Gordon, a versatile entertainer, stand-up comic, singer and actor who has shared the stage with Mike Epps (Next Friday), Daniel Tosh (Tosh.0), Ron White (Blue Collar Comedy Tour), J.B. Smoove (Curb Your Enthusiasm) and Jay Pharoah (Saturday Night Live). This 21+ event promises non-stop laughs with a two-drink minimum at the hotel’s stylish Lobby Bar.
