Summer Pop-Up Store Series Announced on Lincoln Road

The real estate-focused investment firm welcomes a wave of international pop-up  vibrancy and global flair to Miami Beach’s famous pedestrian mall this summer

Led by Stephen Bittel and Mindy McIlroy,  Terranova Corporation is pleased to launch Destination Lincoln Road: No Luggage Necessary, a curated mix of internationally-inspired pop-up stores coming to Lincoln Road this summer. The new retail tenants are Miami-owned businesses with an international influence, each set to bring a distinct vibe to Lincoln Road, enhancing the area’s shopping experience. The three pop-up stores include Sebastian Beauty Ink, White Ginger, and Nā Lei Boho Clothier.

“Attracting internationally oriented local businesses to Lincoln Road is just one of the many initiatives Terranova is undertaking to enhance the area,” said Mindy McIlroy, president of Terranova. “We believe these stores will draw new customers and generate interest in Lincoln Road, while also supporting small businesses and local culture,” she added. “Lincoln Road is a beautiful place with immense potential, and Terranova is proud to be the leading force driving its growth and transformation.”

This pop-up store campaign offers subsidized lease prices for locally owned businesses, aiming to celebrate Miami’s culture and heritage. While the stores will be open for a limited time, their launch is expected to attract local residents and new customers to Lincoln Road, as well as support the revitalization of the outdoor destination. By introducing international influences and blending various cultures, these pop-up stores will give shoppers the experience of traveling without leaving Miami, enhancing the lively atmosphere of Lincoln Road.

More information about the tenants of Destination Lincoln Road: No Luggage Necessary:

  • Sebastian Beauty Ink: Widely known for his derma pigmentation techniques, Sebastian Beauty Ink will offer premium customer-oriented service for men and women looking to highlight their natural beauty. Sebastian is naturally from Ecuador but has been charming South Florida with his permanent makeup techniques for years. He is a firm believer in constant learning and evolution, so Sebastian has dedicated his time over the years to learning different techniques originating from different countries, such as Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and the United States. In his brand new 260 square feet studio at 1816 North Lincoln Lane, Sebastian will be offering grooming micropigmentation services, to both male and female audiences, starting late July/early August.  Among his most sought-after services are micropigmentation, microblading, camouflage skin, scalp micropigmentation, brush lips, and chemical tattoo removal.

  • White Ginger: Born from the unique combination of Miami and Bali, White Ginger is a family-owned, quiet luxury brand created by Emma, and her son, Harry. Within White Ginger, lives a second brand, Senja Bali Co. focused on menswear and spearheaded by Harry. White Ginger, on the other hand, focused on resort wear and homeware. Both brands complement each other and will be sharing the same space as pop-up stores. White Ginger brings the comfort and freshness of Bali-inspired clothing to South Florida, while Senja Bali Co. offers the same to men through their line of linen products. The owners envision that the space will not simply be a pop-up store, but a place where customers seek to absorb the tropical vibe and build community. The store will feature a lounge with coffee for customers, music, and events. The Lincoln Road location will be the first U.S. store of the brand, which has two other locations, in Singapore, the brand’s birthplace, and the UK, Harry and Emma’s home. The owners have carefully chosen the tropical, sun-centered Miami to debut their first U.S. location, a 1654 square feet storefront at 815 Lincoln Road. Starting in August, customers will be able to experience the White Ginger vibe and the new collection.

  • Nā Lei Boho Clothier: Coming as a perfect complement to White Ginger’s line, Nā Lei Boho Clothier brings liveliness and comfort to Lincoln Road with their best-selling kimonos. The brand is known for its collaboration with artists to paint in pieces and is expected to start a home line soon. The 270 square feet store located at 1650 Meridian will be a cozy space carefully curated by Sheena Goldhagen, offering exclusive home decor items.

Since its inauguration in the 1920s, Lincoln Road has been a popular destination among locals and tourists visiting South Florida. Known for its lively scene and countless shopping, dining and entertainment options, Lincoln Road is the heartbeat of Miami Beach. Over the last few years, it has considerably decreased in popularity and traffic, and Terranova Corporation took upon itself the mission to revitalize the strip and bring it back to being a hot spot for entertainment in Miami Beach.

Terranova has been the largest retail property owner on Lincoln Road for over a decade, totaling 37,411 square feet in leasable space. Mindy McIlroy, Terranova’s president, is also a member of the Miami Business Improvement District (BID), which has recently announced the allocation of $60 million to improvement and revitalization projects in Lincoln Road.

Terranova will release more information about the pop-up store campaign and events, along with a monthly event calendar. For more information about Terranova Corporation and future tenant announcements and events, visit http://www.terranovacorp.com.
