SUMMER DINING GUIDE – NEW SUMMER MENUS, DISHES, AND OPENINGS

With summer officially here, both South Florida’s temperatures and culinary offerings are on the rise. With that said, below you will find the recent opening of Elastika; Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen’s new summer prix-fixe menus and menu items; Chef Thomas Keller’s award-winning bistro, Bouchon’s recently launched summer menus; and the new summer menu items from Pura Vida.

ELASTIKA

The culinary heatwave has made a stop this summer at Elastika, the newest hotspot in Miami’s Design District. Guests are welcome to indulge in eclectic dishes and soulful cooking in an inviting atmosphere curated by Executive Chef Joe Anthony. Drawing inspiration from Miami’s cultural tapestry and The Moore’s artistic legacy, Elastika promises a dining experience that’s as vibrant as it is delicious. Highlights from the menu include the Florida Tomato Gazpacho, Aged Kingfish Crudo, Florida Eggplant & Tofu Raviolis “In Brodo,” and St. Canut Farms Porcelet Pork “Ribeye”. 

 

ABBALÉ TELAVIVIAN KITCHEN

SUMMER PRIX-FIXE MENUS:

This summer, treat yourself to the seasonal delights of Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen’s summer prix-fixe menus available Monday-Friday. Enjoy a modern Mediterranean lunch with the choice of a two-course plus beverage prix-fixe menu for $29. Highlights include the Shakshuka, Crispy Chicken Schnitzel Chopped Salad, Lamb Kefta Arayes, and Abbalé’s seasonal house-made Soft Serve. For dinner, indulge in a three-course prix-fixe menu for $45, featuring favorites such as Falafel, Sumac Chicken Shashlik, Prime Steak Frites, Grilled Faroe Island Salmon, and the signature Soft Serve.

Also at Abbalé, enjoy a selection of exciting new menu offerings this summer. At Abbalé South Beach, you will find new items including a Scrambled Egg Pita, Avocado Labneh Toast, Abbalé’s Breakfast, a Challah Egg Sandwich, Sababba Chicken Schnitzel Bowl, a Falafel Pita, a refreshing Warm Feta & Watermelon Salad, Abbalé’s Herb Salad and drinks including a Lychee Mimosa, Bellini, No Way Rosé, and the Lmalé Frosé. Abbalé’s Aventura location will introduce the Falafel Pita; Warm Feta and Watermelon Salad; Prime Steak, Falafel, and Schnitzel Sababba Bowls; and the Lmalé Frosé.

 

BOUCHON BISTRO

 

Experience classic French bistro fare at Bouchon Bistro with the introduction of the new summer lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch menus. This summer, guests can enjoy a delightful array of meticulously prepared fresh fruits de mer, traditional fare, and more in the heart of Coral Gables. Whether you’re eyeing the new Gigot d’Agneau or the classic Croque Madame, Bouchon’s summer offerings have arrived just in time. Now available on both Saturday and Sunday 12PM-4PM, Bouchon Bistro’s new weekend brunch offerings feature standout dishes such as the Croque Madame, Bénédicte au Crabe, and the showstopping Poulet et Gaufres, made with roasted chicken, bacon-chive waffle, Crown maple syrup & sauce Chasseur.
