SUGARCANE raw bar grill (“SUGARCANE”), the three-kitchen culinary montage, is bringing happy hour to Midtown Miami.  Guests are invited to relax amongst 850-square-feet of outdoor garden and enjoy the restaurants unique indoor/outdoor, wrap-around-bar. 

Food and drink prices are sure keep things happy longer than an hour with Sangria and beer pitchers for $18 and $5 cocktails ($24 for pitcher).

From the kitchen of Timon Balloo, small-plate indulgences are less than $10 and consist of East and West Coast Oysters ($2 each);  five different sushi rolls and Kobe Beef Sliders($4 each);  Marinated Olives and Edamame ($3) as well as Steamed Pork Buns and Brandade ($5). The SUGARCANE concept of sharing transcends.                       

SUGARCANE raw bar grill, developed by the creators of SUSHISAMBA, is inspired by international influences and South American spirit. Three distinct kitchens: robata, hot and raw bar unite for a fresh take on tradition and a unique culmination of flavor. Embarking on quest for the simple pleasures of life: eating well, kicking back and celebrating with friends – the concept focuses on a ‘shared experience’ through its tapas style menu: eclectic small plates, freshly muddled pitchers, and imported beers on tap.
