This year, STRANG, recently named AIA Florida 2025 Firm of the Year, will showcase its innovative approach to modernism and climate adaptation at Open House Miami from February 28 to March 1.
Highlighting their latest project, the Van der Vlugt Residence in the Florida Keys, the firm will feature the residence—an AIA Award of Excellence winner and a finalist at the World Architecture Festival—serving as a global case study for resilient architecture. Elevated 10 feet to combat sea-level rise, the home exemplifies proactive design in the face of climate challenges. A documentary series premiering during the weekend spotlights this groundbreaking project.
STRANG will participate in two key festival sessions, emphasizing their leadership in climate-ready architecture.
