Led by global sports icons and entrepreneurs, the new Sports Performance Hub (SPH) in Homestead aims to redefine sports, education, and community in South Florida. The $280 million project will develop over 100 acres, featuring world-class facilities including a 10,000-seat stadium for Miami FC, multiple sports academies, a boarding school, hotel, medical center, and residences.
Located just 30 miles from Miami International Airport, SPH will create over 4,300 jobs during construction and 600 permanent positions, while offering scholarships and community programs. Its vision is to foster talent, innovation, and resilience, making Homestead a new international hub for sports and human development.
Founded by sports legends like Manu Ginóbili and Juan Sebastián Verón, along with leading entrepreneurs, SPH symbolizes rebuilding, dreaming big, and nurturing the next generation. The project is entirely privately funded and aims to inspire global impact through sport, education, and community engagement.
