Spirit Airlines Unveils PiNK Collection for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Spirit Airlines’ new PiNK Uniform Collection

Spirit Airlines (NYSE: SAVE) is making a bold statement this October by launching its inaugural PiNK Collection, a special-edition uniform line designed to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Spirit Team Members will proudly wear the new uniforms throughout the month, showcasing the airline’s commitment to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

Dana Shapir Alviene, Senior Vice President of Inflight and Airport Experience at Spirit Airlines, stated, “The launch of Spirit’s first-ever PiNK Collection is a significant milestone in our commitment to serving the communities where we live and work. Every opportunity to raise awareness makes a difference in the lives of so many of our Guests, Spirit Family Members, and communities.”

The PiNK Collection includes pink-themed apparel such as dresses, cardigans, long and short sleeve shirts, and an array of accessories like scarves, ties, socks, belts, and pins. The initiative has sparked excitement among Spirit Team Members, resulting in the special-edition uniforms selling out within 24 hours. For every purchase of the PiNK pin, polo, or cardigan, the Spirit Charitable Foundation will donate to BRCAStrong, a South Florida nonprofit focused on fighting breast cancer.

Beyond the uniform collection, Spirit Airlines continues its commitment to breast cancer awareness by sponsoring the 2024 Miami International Airport (MIA) Runway 5K, benefiting the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign. The airline also supports various health organizations through its Spirit Charitable Foundation, including the Royal Dames of Cancer Research, Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research, Ronald McDonald House, Susan G. Komen, SknVue, and Personal Ink.

As a leading low-fare carrier, Spirit Airlines remains dedicated to providing exceptional value and enhancing the travel experience while inspiring positive change in the communities it serves. For more information, visit spirit.com.
