This fall, South Florida’s bartenders are serving up cozy, spice-infused cocktails that blend seasonal tradition with tropical flair. Expect chocolate-kissed martinis, toasted marshmallow bourbon sips, and fig-infused old-fashioneds, reflecting a regionally inspired twist on classic flavors.

According to DoorDash, demand for fall flavors begins as early as August—known as “comfort rushing”—as people seek comforting, seasonal drinks to beat the end-of-summer slump.
