On World Meditation Day, Sunday, December 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Sheru Meditation Experience & Wellness Festival will transform InterContinental Miami into a hub of peace, mindfulness and collective stillness. Presented by Sheru Classic Universe, the event will bring together hundreds of participants for a record-setting attempt at the largest group meditation, officially recognized by Guinness World Records. Founded by Sheru Aangrish, one of India’s pioneering wellness entrepreneurs, the festival will feature guided meditation, yoga and mindfulness activities led by global wellness leaders. The daylong celebration aims to position Miami as a world-class wellness destination while fostering community, balance and connection.
