This exclusive event series will take place across five major cities—including Boston, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles—between December 2023 and January 2025, with reservations now available on Resy.

Kicking off the series in Miami on December 4, the Tambourine Room, located within the luxurious Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, will host an exquisite fine dining journey crafted by Chef Tristan Brandt. With only 12 seats available, guests can expect a reimagined take on modern classic French cuisine infused with refined Asian influences. Originally opened in 1958 as a chic spot for cocktails and conversation, this intimate venue has been transformed into a world-class culinary destination.
