“Saint X”: A New Psychological Drama Premiering in 2023
ABC Signature is set to premiere a new psychological drama “Saint X” on April 26, 2023. The show will launch with three episodes and then one episode will be released every week until the finale on May 31, 2023. The show is based on Alexis Schaitkin’s novel and is about a young woman’s death during a Caribbean vacation that creates a ripple effect and eventually leads her surviving sister to pursue the truth.
The show will explore the girl-gone-missing genre through multiple timelines and perspectives. The cast of “Saint X” includes Alycia Debnam-Carey, Josh Bonzie, West Duchovny, Jayden Elijah, Bre Francis, Kenlee Anaya Townsend, Betsy Brandt, and Michael Park. Leila Gerstein, who has worked on “Mrs. America,” “The Handmaid’s Tale,” and “Hart of Dixie,” wrote and will executive produce along with Dee Rees who will direct and executive produce the first episode. Also in the executive producer team are Stephen Williams, David Levine, Zack Hayden for Anonymous Content, Aubrey Graham aka Drake, Adel “Future” Nur, and Jason Shrier for DreamCrew Entertainment (“Euphoria”), Alexis Schaitkin, and Steve Pearlman (“Once Upon a Time”).
