Riva Bay Harbor, the 25-unit boutique development from Fort Capital Management located in the exclusive enclave of Bay Harbor Islands, welcomed guests to a rooftop soiree on December 12 to celebrate the luxury condominium’s official launch and unveiling of two designer model residences from artefacto and SoJo design. The 7-story, waterfront project features nine, unique 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 2,300 to 3,400 square feet and offers private, enlarged terraces and wrap-around verandas from 400 to 2,700 square feet. Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc., all units face east and west and offer water views with private elevator entry into all units above the first floor. Veteran real estate broker Dora Puig is handling sales and marketing for Riva, which is already 40% sold with 10 units selling for an average of $527 per square foot (the average price per square foot for Bay Harbor Islands is $223). Riva’s common areas reflect a maritime influence, expertly crafted by interior designer Sam Robin who is also responsible for the design of the building’s stunning rooftop pool deck which overlooks the Indian Creek golf course greens and has views of the Atlantic ocean. Joining six others, two new designer model residences from artefacto and SoJo Design were unveiled at the party where guests enjoyed drinks, passed bites and live music on the rooftop deck.
