Reefline Launches Innovative Art and Ecology Activation Off Miami Beach During Art Week 2025

From December 1st to 5th, Reefline, a groundbreaking underwater sculpture park and reef off Miami Beach designed to blend art with ecological restoration, hosts a series of immersive activations. Conceived by Ximena Caminos and masterplanned with OMA / Shohei Shigematsu, Reefline creates new marine habitats and features a large meditation buoy by Andrés Reisinger at the site of Concrete Coral, accessible by swimming or electric paddleboards from REEFLINE’s headquarters.

The program also includes the Floating Marine Learning Center—a dive boat and research platform offering coral-restoration education, artist talks, and conversations with leading scientists and divers, including ocean explorer Dr. Sylvia Earle. Tours depart from Miami Beach Marina, providing a unique fusion of art, science, and environmental activist engagement during Miami Art Week.
