Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival, A Culinary and Cultural Celebration, to Return April 23 Through 26, 2026

Following a successful and momentum-building inaugural year, the Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival presented by Puerto Rico Tourism Company will return April 23 through 26, 2026.

Building on the energy of its debut, the four-day festival will once again shine a spotlight on Puerto Rico’s celebrated culinary community, bringing together leading local, national, and international chefs, wineries, mixologists, and sommeliers through a series of events hosted at La Concha Resort in San Juan and other iconic locations around Puerto Rico, celebrating the island’s rich culinary legacy and cultural heritage.

“We are incredibly proud of what we accomplished last year with the inaugural Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival. Our success was made possible by the support of our partners, participants and the wonderful people of Puerto Rico, whose warmth and hospitality welcomed this festival and brought it to life. Together, we were able to share what lies at the heart of Puerto Rico: its people, its culture, and its deeply rooted culinary traditions,” says entrepreneur and restaurateur Robert Weakley, Founder of the Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival.

“Returning for a second year and continuing to celebrate this community is a true privilege. We are energized by the momentum we built and excited to bring the festival back with new experiences, new faces, and continued opportunities to support and invest in the local culinary community.”

The Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival aims to have a positive impact on the island’s economy by promoting locally sourced products and providing a platform for local businesses to engage directly with attendees. The festival’s goals are to foster entrepreneurship, strengthen local connections, and encourage long-term economic growth. By partnering with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the festival is able to provide a venue to showcase the fusion of culture and flavor that makes the island a renowned world-class destination.

Returning this year as the festival’s Host Chef is Puerto Rico native Chef Mario Pagán, whose namesake restaurant is famed for its modern Puerto Rican cuisine. Chef Pagán played an integral role in the festival’s first year, serving as an ambassador of the island’s culinary community as chefs from around the world gathered to share their dishes and cultures with Puerto Rico.

“It is an honor to serve as Host Chef once again for the second annual Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival,” says Chef Pagán. “Puerto Rico has one of the most vibrant culinary scenes in the world and it is important to share that with other chefs and communities. The festival provides us with that opportunity, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back this year.”

Once again, the Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival will showcase an exciting lineup of the island’s renowned local and national chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, and esteemed wineries, offering an unparalleled culinary journey. Guests will enjoy curated gourmet experiences, tastings from acclaimed chefs and wineries, and engaging activities within a world-class atmosphere that showcases the authentic flavors and beauty that Puerto Rico has to offer.

The Puerto Rico Wine & Food Festival is also once again aligning itself with Puerto Rico Eats for Good, a year-round charitable initiative dedicated to advancing culinary and wine education as well as career development through scholarships and mentorships.
