PROOF OCEAN DRIVE LAUNCHES MONTHLY, INTERNATIONAL DINNER AND COCKTAIL PARTY
“Seven Wonders at Proof Ocean Drive” celebrates food and drinks from the world over
Proof Ocean Drive is giving South Florida’s foodies and cocktail connoisseurs a reason to celebrate. Paying homage to international ingredients, the restaurant has established a new monthly event, “Seven Wonders at Proof Ocean Drive.”
Executive chefs Che Gaines and Ivan Dorvil have created a menu incorporating seven of Proof Ocean Drive’s worldly dishes that will set the stage for the dinner party and will complement super-mixologist Fraser Hamilton’s seven unique and hand-crafted cocktails – each at just $7 a piece.

Mediterranean Mussels in a sake, Kaffir lime leaf broth
Sautéed Spanish Chorizo with caramelized Vidalia onions, fresh lime and cilantro and French baguette
Spicy Peanut Thai Lollipop Wings with Asian slaw
Tuna Tartare Tacos with house made guacamole and pico de gallo
Mini Burgers Made with filet mignon and sirloin, topped with local farm organic tomato
Coconut Shrimp Sushi Roll with pineapple and macadamia nuts
Personal Margarita Pizza with house made mozzarella, crushed pepper and basil
Cocktails
Down and Dirty Margarita Corazon tequila muddled with fresh peach, raspberry and lime
Shanghai Sling Bombay Sapphire with crushed kumquats, fresh lemon juice and Chambord
The Gin Genie Tanqueray with St. Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon and organic tonic water
Goodie Goodie Pinnacle vanilla vodka, Limoncello, fresh lemon juice and butterscotch liqueur
The Flirtini Stolichnaya raspberry shaken with fresh raspberries, pineapple and Prosecco
French 75 Champagne with a touch of Bombay gin and fresh lemon juice
Russian Spring Punc Grey Goose citrus vodka shaken with lemon, champagne and Chambord
Complimentary shooters will be offered to guests during the last seven minutes of each hour, on the hour. Each shooter will be inspired by the Seven Wonders of the World and DJ Supersede will be providing International tunes to keep guests on their feet and add to the fun and excitement of the event.
