Pinecrest Zombie Run

The Pinecrest Zombie Run, powered by Baptist Health, returns to Evelyn Greer Park with a two-mile course packed with lighthearted scares, zombie encounters, and a mission to deliver the antidote that could save humanity. Open to all ages and fitness levels. Runners receive a themed T-shirt (while supplies last), and the fun continues at the after-party with music, a photo booth, and refreshments for purchase.
