Mark your calendars for this spicy celebration – Pinecrest Gardens’ 10th annual Chili Cook-off returns from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 8. This signature event brings together competitors from the International Chili Society as well as local home cooks to battle for the “Best Chili” title. Along with the sizzling competition, there will be live country music, a mechanical bull, a classic car display and various family activities throughout the gardens.
Before the heat kicks in, Pinecrest Gardens is debuting something totally new– Sound Session: The Purple Project. The event on Saturday, February 22 will feature the Martin Bejerano Trio reimagining Prince’s iconic hits with a jazz fusion twist. Don’t forget to come early, though, as guests can amplify their experience with UNCORKED!, a delightful wine tasting event.
