What started as a legal note has turned into a bold (and delicious) menu move. Florida-born PINCHO has officially launched Build Your Own Bowls at all of its locations, giving guests the power to fully customize their meal — base, protein, toppings and sauce, all their way.

To celebrate, the brand is offering a $10 Build Your Own Bowl with any protein for one week only, now through March 22 (limit 1 per person).

The rollout comes with a playful, open-letter response from the Latin-inspired brand to Chipotle after a past naming dispute — turning the moment into something bigger: more choice, more flavor and full control of their bowl.

Guests can choose from proteins like steak, shrimp, vaca frita, pollo asado, chicken, or veggies, plus up to five toppings and their favorite sauce. Available in-store and online (use code BYOB).

Feel free to check out PINCHO’s open letter on Instagram (@pincho).

Spread the love!
