Block Party on December 7
Miami-based PINCHO marks its 15th anniversary by celebrating the local community and the chefs, creators, and entrepreneurs who shaped its iconic flavor scene. To honor its roots, PINCHO is launching a campaign spotlighting 15 Miami Flavor Architects —the visionaries who fueled Miami’s culinary renaissance.
Founded as a backyard BBQ, PINCHO grew into a celebrated fast-casual brand known for award-winning burgers, Latin-inspired bowls, and the iconic tostones buns. As it expands across South Florida and Texas, the brand remains deeply connected to Miami’s vibrant food culture.
Starting November 7, PINCHO will reintroduce fan-favorite menu items from the past 15 years, culminating in a Block Party on December 7 at PINCHO Flagler. The celebration will feature live music, throwback dishes, drinks, and a special awards ceremony honoring Miami’s Flavor Architects. Join the local flavor revolution — Miami style!
