Thiel Capital, the private investment firm founded by tech pioneer Peter Thiel, has opened a new office in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, strengthening its presence in South Florida. The lease was signed in December 2025, adding to Thiel’s existing operations in Los Angeles.
Thiel has called Miami home since 2020 and has increased his involvement in the city’s vibrant business scene. Additionally, Founders Fund, co-founded by Thiel, has maintained a Miami office since 2021, underscoring his growing influence in the region’s innovation and investment ecosystem.
