Ostrow Brasserie Valentine’s Day Menu
Ostrow Brasserie will feature a mouthwatering multi-course French dinner menu on Valentine’s Day by Chef Olivia Ostrow at $150 per guest in Buena Vista’s most charming dining room. Featuring a French jazz soundtrack and Paris ambiance, guests will be welcomed with a Kir Royale Cocktail, a delicious champagne cocktail made with Crème de cassis, a sweet dark berry liqueur, Caviar Blinis, and Smoked Salmon Canapes. An Arugula and Pear Blue Cheese Truffle Salad is followed by a main course choice of Beef Wellington or Dover Sole for two. Lastly, a Chocolate Mousse with Passion Fruit Ice Cream topped with French Caramel for a sweet finish.
