ORO — Miami Beach’s premier rooftop destination for upscale dining — presents “ORO x The Noortwyck,” a special two-night collaboration dinner with Chefs Andrew Quinn (The Noortwyck) and Victor Muñoz (ORO).
Enjoy a six-course tasting menu inspired by Miami Beach’s golden hour. The menu includes Bluefin Tuna with pear, yuzu, and anchovy; Wagyu Monaka with ossetra caviar and shiso; Rigatoni Fra’diavolo with red shrimp and uni butter; Hokkaido Scallop with sunchoke and horseradish; and a decadent Wagyu Wellington, finishing with Coffee & Donuts — espresso sorbet, malted cream,
and black & white donuts.
