On Wednesday, February 25, from 7–10 PM, ViceVersa, the award-winning Italian aperitivo bar from Valentino Longo and the Jaguar Sun team, will take over Dekotora, Niño Gordo’s hidden, transportive Japanese cocktail den inspired by the extravagantly decorated trucks of Japan. The one-night-only, walk-in event will feature limited seating and a lineup of Negronis and cocktails that fuse Italian tradition with Asian flavors.
Cooking with Friends builds on Niño Gordo’s buzzy chef and bar collaborations with La Mar, Kojin, and Phuc Yea, bringing together like-minded concepts for one-night-only experiences, with El Cielo coming up later this season.
