Connect with nature in a new way as you explore the museum after dark, participate in a live science stage show, immerse yourself in the world of fungi in the Frost Planetarium, engage with community partners, enjoy food and drinks, and more. Plus, you’ll have the chance to explore Bugs, a special exhibition created by Te Papa Tongarewa Museum of New Zealand and Weta Workshop (the creative studio behind the Lord of the Rings films’ fantastical sets) before it closes on April 20.

Experience UniVERSE, an original poetic short film in the Frost Planetarium that explores the land, sea, and skies of South Florida and beyond, brought to you by our friends at O, Miami. After journeying to the stars, return to Earth and enter nature’s hidden kingdom in the award-winning film, Fungi: Web of Life, narrated by Björk. (30-minute experience; reserve onsite, limited availability)
Meet Frost Science’s ambassador raptors and learn about the museum’s Biological Programs Department.
Join Frost Science’s Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology, Dr. Cary Woodruff, as he spills the tea during the Expert on Call presentation, “Dino Drama: Display and Courtship in the Cretaceous.”
Meet up with museum experts for rooftop terrace telescope viewing to observe the full Moon, Jupiter, and other bright objects in the spring night sky. (Weather permitting)
