New nonstop Miami-Milan Flight Launches in 2026, Perfectly Aligns with Grand Hotel Fasano’s Reopening

Starting March 29, 2026, travelers can enjoy nonstop daily flights between Miami International Airport and Milan MXP, making European travel more accessible than ever from Miami. This new route coincides with the seasonal reopening of the legendary Grand Hotel Fasano on Lake Garda, set for March 27, 2026.

The hotel, a five-star family-owned retreat and a Leading Hotel of the World, will celebrate its grand reopening with refreshed amenities and new offerings. In 2025, Fasano debuted its Aqva Spa and Wellness Center, along with four new suites, enhancing its reputation as a premier lakeside destination. For 2026, the hotel extends its season through Christmas and New Year, transforming into a festive wonderland with lavish decorations, special events, and a holiday market hall celebrated with Italian culinary competitions and a spectacular lighting ceremony.

Guests can look forward to the return of the acclaimed Aperitivo d’Autore cultural program, offering exclusive evenings with prominent artists, philosophers, and writers curated by Art Historian Elisabetta Bresciani. The hotel’s culinary scene will also be elevated with the appointment of Valerio Dallamano as Executive Chef of Magnolia and Osteria Il Pescatore restaurants, alongside new menus at Il Fagiano, now helmed by Chef Maurizio Bufi, a Michelin-starred chef.

Additional features include a renovated AQVA Spa and Wellness Centre, a new Beach Bar, and meeting spaces—further enhancing the luxurious lakeside experience.

With improved flight options and the reopening of Grand Hotel Fasano, Miami travelers now have a compelling gateway to Lake Garda, Italy’s refined and authentic alternative to Lake Como. Situated between Venice, Milan, and Verona, Lake Garda offers breathtaking scenery, fewer crowds, and rich cultural charm, making it an ideal European escape for those seeking elegance, history, and relaxation in 2026.
