This December, Sexy Fish Miami turns up the voltage for a Neon Fishmas – an electrifying celebration where festive glamour meets underwater fantasy in partnership with Don Julio 1942. The restaurant transforms into a kaleidoscope of color and light, where glowing coral tones, shimmering sea creatures, and vibrant neon installations pulse with energy long into the night.
From the glittering entrance to the main dining room and bar, guests will step into a world bathed in color and light. Neon-lit sea creatures and glowing coral installations illuminate the space, creating an atmosphere where high-voltage design meets high-octane dining. At the heart of the experience is the Neon Don Julio 1942 Christmas Tree, whilst the bar will serve limited-edition cocktails that marry tequila artistry with festive flair.
Guests can indulge in the Sexy Fishmas Omakase tasting menu ($165pp), featuring chef-selected dishes including Oysters’ Gillardeauwith smoked chilli sauce, Crispy Pink Shrimp with yuzu mayo, Wagyu Gyoza, and Salmon & Chu Toro Tiradito. These are accompanied by a sushi and sashimi platter, Black Cod Croquette, and Turbot Carpaccio with white truffle. As well as Japanese A5 Wagyu, Grilled Lobster, and Green Asparagus with smoked dashi. Finishing with the Fishmas Platter, a decadent sharing dessert assortment including Chocolate Fondant, Mini Cheesecake, Mini Doughnuts, Fresh Fruits, and an Ice Cream & Sorbet selection.
The award-winning bar team at Sexy Fish has created a collection of cocktails in collaboration with Don Julio 1942. Seasonal serves include The Crimson Thyme ($20.00), featuring Don Julio Blanco Tequila, raspberry, thyme, lemon, cacao, and egg white; The Coquito ($20.00), with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, amontillado sherry, spices, coconut, and cream; The Peach & Basil Spritz ($20.00), combining Tanqueray No. TEN Gin, peach, basil, fennel, and Fever Tree tonic water, and The Pumpkin Chai ($20.00) with Ketel One Vodka, pumpkin, chai, and whey.

On New Year’s Eve, Sexy Fish will present Midnight Fish – a high-octane countdown event that brings together fine dining, immersive design, and electric nightlife, in partnership with Don Julio 1942. Neon installations glow like liquid light, and a limited edition Don Julio 1942 cocktail menu dazzles and delights as guests toast the New Year.
Every corner pulses with energy – glowing coral, shimmering fins, and electrifying design create a high-voltage party where luxury meets fantasy. From the first sip to the final countdown, Midnight Fish is a celebration of color, movement, and audacious fun – a night as spectacular as it is unforgettable.
For guests dining from 9 PM until late, a minimum spend of $750 per person applies, inclusive of the $350 tasting menu.
