More Hip-Hop Superstars Added To Lineup For A GRAMMY Salute To 50 Years Of Hip-Hop

The Recording Academy®, Jesse Collins Entertainment, and CBS are thrilled to announce an expanded lineup for “A GRAMMY® Salute to 50 Years of Hip-Hop.” This star-studded celebration of the genre’s historic milestone will now feature performances by Arrested Development, Big Daddy Kane, Black Sheep, Cypress Hill, Digable Planets, DJ Quik, E-40, GloRilla, Gunna, Jeezy, Juvenile, Latto, Luniz, MC Lyte, Roxanne Shanté, Spinderella, Three 6 Mafia, Too $hort, T.I., 2 Chainz, Warren G, and YG.

These incredible artists will join the previously announced performers including Black Thought, Bun B, Common, De La Soul, Jermaine Dupri, J.J. Fad, Talib Kweli, The Lady Of Rage, LL COOL J, MC Sha-Rock, Monie Love, The Pharcyde, Queen Latifah, Questlove, Rakim, Remy Ma, Uncle Luke, and Yo-Yo.

The live concert special will take place on November 8, 2023, at the YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California. The event will pay tribute to the deep-rooted history and extraordinary cultural impact of hip-hop worldwide.

“A GRAMMY® Salute to 50 Years of Hip-Hop” is set to air on Sunday, December 10th from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM ET/PT on the CBS Television Network. Viewers can also stream the special live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, the executive production team includes Jesse Collins, Shawn Gee, Dionne Harmon, Claudine Joseph, LL COOL J, Fatima Robinson, Jeannae Rouzan-Clay, and Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson for Two One Five Entertainment. Marcelo Gama serves as the director of the special.
