This September, Rock Point is publishing Hot Girl Walk® founder Mia Lind’s debut book Hot Girl Walk® about the record-shattering movement, bringing millions of people together and sharing success stories from around the world of those who have implemented the Hot Girl Walk into their daily routines.
Founded in 2020 by Mia, the Hot Girl Walk’s mission is to unite women in a way that promotes mental and physical wellness through fitness training that is accessible and inclusive to all.
“The Hot Girl Walk is an outdoor walk where you think about what you’re grateful for, your goals and how you will achieve them, and what makes you hot (confident),” says Mia. “I started the Hot Girl Walk as a response to how social media portrays what a ‘hot girl’ should look like. Being ‘hot’ is all about working hard, being kind, instilling confidence, and being YOU.”
Coming this fall, Hot Girl Walk aims to encourage participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and embrace empowerment wherever they go. Across all different lifestyles, from all corners of the earth, Hot Girl Walk motivates people to become the best versions of themselves with easy ways to start healthy habits.

100% of net proceeds of all pre-sales will be donated to women’s supportive non-profit organizations through the Hot Girl Walk for Good initiative. These organizations provide safe housing, wellness, advocacy programs and much more. This includes Hot Girl Walk for Good’s continued support of:
