Miami to Join in the Celebration of SpongeBob’s 25th Anniversary with ‘Krabby Patty Kollab’

This special event runs through Oct. 27.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants, Nickelodeon and Paramount are launching “The Krabby Patty Kollab,” introducing over 100 unique interpretations of the beloved Krabby Patty at restaurants worldwide, including Miami. Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 8, diners can indulge in a variety of culinary creations inspired by the iconic dish, ranging from dumplings and falafel to burgers, doughnuts, and even ice cream. This special event runs through Oct. 27.

Sherry Liu, SVP of Studio Franchise Strategy & Operations at Nickelodeon and Paramount, highlighted the significance of this initiative: “SpongeBob began his journey as a fry cook and the Krabby Patty has remained a fixture in Bikini Bottom. Though its formula is a secret, fans will be able to experience imaginative versions of this legendary hamburger.”

Participating restaurants in Miami will be part of a broader collaboration involving over 250 eateries across major cities, including Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago. To find local spots offering these limited-time menu items, fans can visit krabbypattykollab.com.

Additionally, Wendy’s will serve its own creation, the “Krabby Patty Kollab” Burger and Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty® through early November.

This initiative is part of a larger celebration that includes new original content, exclusive consumer products, and experiential events commemorating the popular animated series. The upcoming hour-long special, Kreepaway Kamp, premieres on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ on Thursday, Oct. 10, further expanding the show’s legacy that began on July 17, 1999.

As SpongeBob SquarePants continues to delight audiences globally, this unique culinary collaboration presents an exciting opportunity for fans in Miami to savor a taste of Bikini Bottom.

Spread the love!
