Miami Symphony Orchestra Presents “American Promise” at Adrienne Arsht Center

On March 8 at 6:00 p.m., the Miami Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Eduardo Marturet, will showcase “American Promise” at the Adrienne Arsht Center – Knight Concert Hall. Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the program highlights the creativity and diversity of American music.

The evening features the South Florida premiere of Karen LeFrak’s “American Promise”, alongside the world premiere of Marcos Campos’s “An American in Miami”, a new work commissioned for this occasion. The concert concludes with Dvořák’s iconic Symphony No. 9, From the New World.
