Wyn Wyn
Having opened at Arlo Wynwood this past spring, Wyn Wyn offers something new and refreshing to this year’s Miami Spice. All three menus led by Executive Chef Amado Rodriguez – $35 brunch, $45 lunch and $60 dinner – draw inspiration from the restaurant’s core value of connection and its fusion flavors rooted in Latin and Asian cuisine. For brunch, begin with Fresh Fruit Ceviche or The Wings, flavored with fermented chili glaze and furikake, before moving onto options such as Chicken & Waffles or Pineapple Upside-Down Pancakes with piña colada syrup. Top off the sweetness with guava Flan or the iconic Key Lime. Lunch offers lighter fare, from Quinoa Tabbouleh to the Wyn Wyn Caesar. Come dinnertime, appetizers include Red Snapper Ceviche with yuzu leche de tigre and purple sweet potato; Squid Ink Calamari; or Pan con Tomate. Move on to the choice of Iberico Pork Churrasco, King Oyster Mushroom with scallops, or Florida Keys Pink Shrimp Spaghetti.
