Uchiko
Joining Miami Spice for the very first time (following its opening in Sunset Harbour this past spring), Uchiko, meaning “child of Uchi,” is the brainchild of Chef Tyson Cole, a James Beard Award winner renowned for his nontraditional interpretation of Japanese cuisine at his signature restaurant, Uchi. Uchiko’s specially crafted Miami Spice menu will be available for dinner Sunday through Thursday for $65, highlighting the restaurant’s signature blend of fresh fish and grilled bites from the hearth. Diners will enjoy crisp Gem Lettuce, Sake Crudo and the fan-favorite Crunchy Tuna, followed by expertly prepared Madai Nigiri and Suzuki Nigiri. The meal continues with a smoky NY Strip, finishing on a sweet note with Ume Cheesecake.
