Start with a refreshing Chilled Heirloom Tomato Soup topped with whipped ricotta, garlic basil and radish, or the creamy Local Burrata with piquillo pepper romesco and fresh local greens. Entrées include Grilled Ora King Salmon with a spiced Moroccan chickpea stew and peppery watercress; a savory Grilled Hanger Steak Potato Mille-Feuille with grilled green onions and maître d’hôtel butter; or Braised Cremini Mushroom Agnolotti with ricotta and crispy sage. Finish with a choice of Strawberry Vanilla Budino with berry compote and cookie crumb or the rich Chocolate Crémeux with toasted coconut and vanilla white chocolate cream.
For Miami Spice, LT Steak & Seafood offers a curated $60/person dinner menu available Sunday through Thursday. Start with Local Burrata paired with piquillo pepper romesco, arugula, and sourdough, or a Crispy Shrimp Steamed Bun with chili-lime mayo and pickled onion.
