Donna Mare Italian Chophouse, adjacent to the historic Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, brings the essence of Italy to Miami Beach with its $60 Miami Spice dinner menu. Led by Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario, the menu blends Italy’s rich culinary traditions with a modern twist.
The offerings begin with appetizers such as the fresh Arugula Salad; crispy Calamari Fritti with an option to upgrade to Fritto Misto; classic Carpaccio di Manzo; or Crostino con Burrata with tomato confit, olive tapenade and basil-infused oil. Entrées include handcrafted dishes such as the bold Spicy Rigatoni; Mediterranean-inspired Salmon Puttanesca with broccolini; layered Eggplant Parmigiana; golden Chicken Cotoletta with cacio e pepe potatoes; and Aged Wagyu Beef Meatball with ricotta and pomodoro. For dessert, guests can enjoy the mint-infused Panna Cotta with seasonal berry coulis; Semolina Cake al Miele with vanilla gelato and amarena cherry; or a selection of Gelato and Sorbetto. The dining experience is complemented by the space’s Mediterranean-inspired design, featuring a striking olive tree centerpiece, lush green banquettes, and warm wood accents that create an inviting and elegant atmosphere.
