Delilah Miami, the city’s premier modern-day supper club, serves elevated American fare in a glamorous, 1920s-inspired setting. Now in its second year participating in Miami Spice, the star-studded restaurant is offering a three-course dinner menu, available Tuesday through Saturday, for $60 per person. Guests can begin with refined takes on classic starters such as the Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with watermelon, pepitas and vincotto; Oysters Rockefeller baked with spinach, bacon, parmesan and herbed breadcrumbs; or the Iceberg Wedge topped with sungold tomatoes, pickled shallots, bacon and Point Reyes blue cheese. Playful bites like Chicken Tenders, served with spicy BBQ, buttermilk ranch and Zab’s hot honey, and Pigs in a Blanket, wagyu beef hot dog with honey mustard and cornichons, round out the opening course. Entrées include Rigatoni Pomodoro with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, basil and garlic crumb; Roasted Chicken with crispy potatoes, confit garlic and truffle jus; The Burger, stacked with American cheese and house-made special sauce on a potato bun; and Branzino, finished with sun-dried tomato chimichurri. Optional upgrades include Steak Tartare ($10), Prime Filet Mignon ($20) and Delilah’s beloved Carrot Soufflé ($7). Desserts feature rotating Seasonal Sorbet, the indulgent Slutty Brownie, a decadent Oreo, chocolate chip cookie, and brownie stack with ice cream and hot fudge; or the Olive Oil Cake with cilantro-lime sugar, raspberry coulis, and vanilla ice cream.
