Miami’s newest dessert sensation, Banana Daddy, has officially opened its first storefront in Midtown Miami, bringing unapologetic indulgence, playful vibes, and high-quality, dairy- and gluten-free treats. Located at 3415 NE First Ave., the 1,500-square-foot space combines bold design with a menu that’s both fun and sophisticated.
Founded by two Miami couples—Tom and Jordan and Chris and Emily—the brand serves house-made banana and coconut-based soft-serve crafted from scratch with clean ingredients. Featuring rotating flavors like Big Banana, Coffee, Strawberry, and Vanilla Protein, plus signature sundaes, handcrafted shakes, parfaits, and specialty iced coffees, Banana Daddy proves that dessert can be both better for you and totally naughty.
The shop is designed to be a lively community hub with indoor-outdoor seating, neon signage, a big banana mural, and cheeky branding elements that capture Miami’s vibrant spirit. Alongside the flagship, the fully electric ice cream truck—debuted during Miami Art Week—continues roaming neighborhoods, spreading the fun.
Behind Banana Daddy’s playful concept is pastry chef Tom Favorule, who aimed to create the perfect banana soft serve without compromise, emphasizing quality and taste. The brand’s mission is to make treats that evoke joy and connection, not guilt.
Open Wednesdays through Mondays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Banana Daddy is Miami’s latest must-visit for locals and visitors seeking a lively, delicious escape. Follow @eatbananadaddy on Instagram and visit eatbananadaddy.com for updates on events, promos, and more.
